View was pleasant, breakfast was excellent, and beds were comfy. The breakfast was served in the restaurant. The hotel's location was very central, in the center of the town. A few times I ate at Frosty Delights, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Truly enjoyed it.

It is reasonably priced. Bright place overall, it is fairly clean, location is favourable close to the bus station.

Great location in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. the staff were very kind and helpful. My favorite feature was the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the restaurant also had a delicious menu that was affordable even on a Christmas budget.

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel staff was extremely helpful, from sending us a package to Zanzibar to slicing the fruit we bought at the market. The room was comfortable, with functioning A/C and hot water; perfect after our Kilimanjaro climb. The hotel is centrally located in the commercial center with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to extend our check-out time for our late afternoon flight.
